LEGO® Education SPIKE™ App version 3.2.3 Release Notes

SPIKE App ships with new firmware for LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime, which must be updated before the app can be used with a LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime Hub. It changes how the SPIKE Prime hub connects to the app. This should make the connection faster, and ensure that future firmware updates take less time.

SPIKE App version 3.2.3 improves the app in many ways, including, but not limited to, the following:

Changes in SPIKE App version 3.2.3

  • IMPROVEMENT Spike App 3 can now open programs saved using Spike App Legacy. Code blocks that have now changed are automatically translated so that the program will work in Spike App 3.

  • IMPROVEMENT When using the Webapp, projects will now autosave if a user’s browser supports this

  • IMPROVEMENT During the Bluetooth connection process, users now have a back button after the Green or White button selection screen

  • BUG FIXED Fixed issue with coding block ‘stop other stacks’ to make sure that this block will now stop all motors
