LEGO® Education SPIKE™ SPIKE App ships with new firmware for SPIKE LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime, which must be updated before the app can be used with a SPIKE LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime Hub.

Following the SPIKE 3.4.1. release, new unopened LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime Hubs are affected. After a firmware update, the button is green, but there is no heart displayed, and the Hub is not usable. This does not affect Hubs that were already used, only newly purchased Hubs. This issue is resolved with the SPIKE App updates 3.4.2 and later. If you still experience the issue and the Hub is unresponsive, follow factory reset steps and then update to the latest version. | Factory reset steps:
